“103702346” and the donation amount. And then mail the FPS
transcation reference number together with the completed
donation form to our head office for an official receipt.

Please make your cheque payable to “HONG KONG CHILDREN & YOUTH SERVICES” and mail it to our head office together with the completed
donation form for an official receipt.
