    The HKCYS is looking for a candidate who is self-motivated to serve the needy with a strong drive to strive for professionalism and continual improvement.  The Social Work Supervisor will be responsible for the Social Work Service in Pre-primary Institutions and related projects. 

    The key responsibilities: 

    1.To lead and supervise services in Pre-primary Institutions settings and related projects, including monitoring the operation and service quality assurance.
    2.To supervise staff and coach staff for professional development.
    3.To develop innovative services and write funding proposals. 
    4.To build up professional relationships and collaboration with schools/district/community stakeholders and networks.

    Requirements:

    1. A recognized degree or above in social work and with at least 5 years post-qualification and relevant experience in pre-primary institution/school settings/children and family work.
    2. Strong leadership, self-motivated and proactive.
    3. Good communication skills and interpersonal relationships.
    4. Good organizational and multi-tasking skills with proven track records in planning and implementation of services and project management.
    5. Qualities of flexibility and willing to take up challenges.
    6. With strong passion and knowledgeable in different interventions for children and youth and parents.
