Objectives:
- Preserve and strengthen the family
- Promote resilience
- Give assistance to families at risk
- Cope with difficulties in family life
- Restore families in trouble
Target Group of Services:
- Individual and families residing within the service boundary of Hok Yuen, Whampoa East, Whampoa West, Hunghom Bay, Hunghom and Ka Wai
Service Content:
- According to district needs, One-stop service including prevention, support and therapy are provided. The service includes the following three areas:
- Family Resource Unit: e.g. consultation, resource corner, volunteer training, educational group and programme
- Family Support Unit: e.g. support group, mutual help group, marriage enrichment group and programme
- Family Counselling Unit: individual and family counselling, therapeutic group
