Jubilant Day Care Centre for the Elderly
The Day Care Centre for the Elderly provides daytime care, professional nursing, rehabilitation exercises, and social development activities for frail older adults in the district. Its aim is to help elders maintain physical and mental well-being and improve their quality of life, enabling them to continue living in their familiar community. Our centre adopts a "strengths-based" intervention model, focusing on identifying the abilities and life goals of elders, and harnessing innovative technology to foster and build their capacities. This empowers elders with autonomy and supports them to enjoy a meaningful life.
